Old Chicago Photos

Our collection of old Chicago photos covers a variety of sights and events in and around the city. Some include photos of the 1893 Chicago World's Fair that helped put Chicago back on the map after the Great Chicago fire almost wiped out the city. There are great architecture photos of the many skyscrapers in Chicago - the Sears Tower (now Willis Tower), the John Hancock Tower building, the Water Tower(one of the last remaining structures that survived the Great Fire), the Chicago Tribune Tower and Wrigley building to name a few.

There are many old photos of the elevated train that loops around the city; old photos of classic cars and trolley cars that people used daily; old photos of the beautiful lakefront on Lakeshore Drive, photos of the many parks - Grant Park, Jackson Park and Lincoln Park to name a few. There are also some old panoramic photos of the Chicago skyline that is one of the most densely concentrated urban areas in America. There are also old phtos of the Art Institute Museum on Michigan avenue, the Field Museum and the Museum of Science and Industry.

You can buy these old photos in a variety of sizes - 5x7, 16x20, 17x22, and 24x36. Would you like your old photo matted and framed? We offer custom framing using American company Larson-Juhl. Have a more contemporary space and want to buy these old photos as a canvas print? Our partner in Florida provides canvas printing and stretching, and your canvas print arrives ready-to-hang.
