A photochrome(or photochrom) is a color photo lithograph, produced from a black-and-white negative. The final prints were created using different color impressions from multiple lithographic stones. They almost have a hand colored effect to them which makes them very unique considering color photography didn't come around until many years later. To find even more photochromes, click on the 'Photos of Europe' store link on the left side.
