- We offer prompt shipping via FedEx Ground or 2-Day, as well as shipping via the US Post Office. Average time from when you place your order and when it is shipped is 2-3 days. If you need this item quicker, please contact us before ordering to ensure that we can fulfill your request.
- Please note: If you ordered both smaller prints and poster/panoramics, they may arrive in different packages.
- Privacy & Security
- Our customer's privacy is very important to us. We do not share your information with anyone. We will never sell your email address to anyone, at anytime, now or in the future. Your credit card transactions are processed on Google's servers so we have NO ACCESS to your credit card numbers nor is any sensitive information stored on our servers.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you find that your shipment has been damaged please contact us and we will promptly send out a replacement. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we back our prints with a full guarantee of satisfaction. We will refund your money if you are unsatisfied in any way.
- Ordering
- Ordering is simple. Find the photo you want, select the appropriate size and 'add to cart'. You will be redirected to the shopping cart where you can either checkout or continue shopping. You can always find your shopping cart at the top of the page.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All payments are processed through our Google Checkout. This allows us to offer safe transactions and keeps your data safe.
- We offer promotions throughout the year, as well as ongoing sales of items. You can receive promotions by following us on Twitter or checking us out on Facebook.
- Viewing Orders
- There are two ways to view your orders. If you were logged into your Retro Snapshots account when you purchased your photos, you can view them via the 'My Account' link at the top of the page. If you were not logged in, you can only view your order through Google Checkout. We strongly encourage you to create a Retro Snapshots account and login before purchasing so you can easily view your order and get shipping details.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your account information via the My Account link at the top of the page. Here you can edit your billing/shipping address, update your email address and change your password.
